This is the easiest brownie recipe I have come across so far and it is the yummiest, too. Though it is eggless, these brownies come out as good and moist. You can have them as it is or you can top it with vanilla ice cream. However you eat, you will enjoy every bite of it.

Ingredients:
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup Yogurt
1 cup Oil
1 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Coco Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
A pinch of Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts (optional)
Method:
1) Pre-heat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2) In a mixing bowl, take dry ingredients: all purpose floor, sugar, coco powder, salt and baking soda and mix well
3) After mixing all dry ingredients, make a hole in the center and add yogurt, oil and vanilla essence
4) Mix all the ingredients with hand mixer
5) After the batter becomes lump free, add chopped walnuts and fold in the batter
6) Grease 8 x 15 baking pan and add the batter gradually. It should not overlap
7) Put the baking pan in the pre heated oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes (Baking time depends on the type of pan. If it is glass it will take longer.)
